- Screenshot of the monthly e-invoices for the current and previous month.
Companies
- Commercial certificate or its access code.
- Latest IES and latest trial balance.
- IRC (corporate tax) return for the last year.
- Proof of IBAN and proof of address, less than three months old.
- Central Register of Beneficial Owners (RCBE).
- Bank statements for the last three months.

An individual provides their Citizen Card, proof of IBAN and of address issued within the last three months, their IRS (income tax) return and their last three pay slips. A sole proprietor also provides their declaration of start of activity, their 'recibos verdes' (self-employed receipts) for the last three months and their e-invoices for the current and previous month. A company provides its commercial certificate, its latest IES, its latest trial balance, its IRC (corporate tax) return for the last year, proof of IBAN and of address, its RCBE (beneficial ownership register) and bank statements for the last three months.
